Fan Guard NOTE:
1. Powder coating: White or Black, 20 micron.
2. Welded surface to be smooth.
3. Spokes not to have any curvature, damaged or rough surface.
4. Joined section with outer ring must be finished smoothly.
5. Surface to be chemically treated before powder coating for prevention of corrosion.
6. Dimensions marked * are critical for assembly with another part,
7. Mark plate (w/o coating) thickness 0.83±0.064mm.
8. Spokes to be welded with equal distance between each other.
9. Extra length of spoke from welding point at mark plate must be controlled within 1.0-2.0mm.
10. The part shall comply to IEC 60355-1 Clause 21.1 (Spring hammer test & Finger test)
